Immediately after application, the Eye Rule roller pen refreshes and tightens the eye area. Eye Rule's unique applicator ensures its active ingredients move quickly and effectively to their targets. The eye area is toned, smoothed and visibly younger looking.

How to Use

Press on the bottom of the tube to dispense a small amount of product. Begin near the inner eye corner and apply by softly brushing along the eye area in a circular motion toward the outside corner, make sure to cover all lines and wrinkles. Lightly dab product to blend in. Eye Rule can be used in the morning under makeup. It can be re-applied as often as desired throughout the day. Tip: For a truly refreshing experience, keep the pen in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Adenosine: - This molecule is already present in our bodies and plays a central role in cellular regeneration. Adenosine works at the heart of the cells: - Stimulates the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), stores cellular energy, essential for the reactions which synthesize skin’s support fibers – collagen and elastin. - Activates the renewal of the fibroblasts, the cells responsible for the synthesis of collagen and elastin. - Boosts cellular repair, a mechanism which becomes weakened by premature aging. These 3 properties effectively combat skin’s natural loss of tension as well as the dermo-contractions around the eye. - Peptides: restructure the cutaneous matrix by stimulating cellular regeneration (something which is slowly weakened as we age). Peptides also decrease the depth and length of wrinkles. The skin around the eye redis- covers its elasticity and tone. - Oat extracts: composed of natural sugars with high molecular weights, oat extract has been scientifically proven to make skin immediately and visibly more firm. A fountain-of-youth for the eyes: oat extract smoothes fine lines and wrinkles. - Red raspberry seed oil: rich in Vitamin E and carotenes, this light oil has strong anti-oxidant properties and UV protection.
